RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us within 48 hours for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please note that all sales on consignment items are final and are not subject to our return policy.

RETURNS

If you would like to return an item, contact us within the 48-hour period and we will authorize the return and email a UPS shipping label. Items must be postmarked or returned to the store within 48 hours of the purchase (or delivery) date. All returned items must be in new and unmodified condition, with all original paperwork, tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, place the item carefully and securely in its original packaging, and arrange with UPS to pick up and deliver the box to the following address (this address will be on the return shipping label):

REFUNDS

After receiving and inspecting the condition of your return, we will process a refund (or other selected arrangement). Please allow at least 5 days from the time we receive your item to process your return.

Instruments purchased with a check or cash may be returned for a full refund – less shipping charges – provided we authorized the return, and it was shipped back to us within 48 hours of purchase (or receipt) and the instrument is not damaged or modified in any way.

Returned purchases made with PayPal, credit or debit cards are subject to a 3.5% transaction fee (as this amount is charged to us by the credit processors) plus the cost of shipping.
