Gibson L-7, 1949 – 17″ fully carved archtop. The Gibson L-7s were the most affordable fully carved, full-size archtops in the Gibson line-up. The design of this instrument has changed very little in 50 years except that the non-cutaway version is not currently available.The catalog page is from the 1937 Gibson catalog.
