We hope this finds you well.

As many of you know, over the past year we have been open and active, connecting with musicians all over the country via our online store, and by appointment in our Guilford, CT showroom.

As Covid guidelines evolve and things start to reopen, we’ve decided to continue to operate on an appointment-only basis for the time being.

Why, you may ask?

Because after conducting business this way for the past 14 months, we think that it offers the best possible buying experience. It turns out that people like it!

It’s simple really: you call or email the shop when you’d like to visit and experience our inventory. We set you up in a comfortable room with guitars you’ve expressed interest in. And you get the shop to yourself (no one playing “Stairway to Heaven” out of tune while you are trying to make an important, personal decision).

You also get our undivided attention (if desired), or the ability to be left alone. In the end, we are as passionate about connecting you with the right instrument as you are about making music! We are available to make suggestions on instruments based on your playing style, musical influences, or tonal preferences.

Customer Safety is still our #1 priority. We will continue to monitor safety guidelines from the CDC and will adapt our protocols to best adhere to those guidelines.
